Emily Williams, ATP, CRTS

Emily Williams is a Certified Rehab Technology Supplier (CRTS) and an Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) in the Montgomery, Ala., market. She began working in the industry in Montgomery in 1988. She has worked with the Children's Rehabilitation Services clinics in Montgomery, Selma, Opelika, and Dothan as well as pediatric nursing homes, Father Walters Memorial Child Care Center and Father Purcell Memorial Exception Child Center.

Matthew Lippy, ATP, CRTS

Jeremy Wiedow is a Certified Rehab Technology Supplier (CRTS) and an Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) working in the Mobile, Ala., market. He has worked in the field of Assistive Technology since 2002, starting as a rehab technician and later as production manager. He specializes in working with children and adults with mobility needs. He began his career with Gulf Coast Rehab as a service technician, where he was trained in repair and adjustment for mobility products.

Georgia

Ken Gibbons , RTS

Ken Gibbons is a Rehabilitation Technology Supplier (RTS). Ken began his career in the mobility device industry with Custom Healthcare in Atlanta, Georgia in 2007. He works with the various physical and occupational therapists in providing custom seating for individuals with spinal cord injuries, brain injuries, cerebral palsy, cerebral vascular accidents, as well as other neurological disorders.

Mark Partridge, RTS

Mark Partridge is a Rehab Technology Supplier (RTS) and is the branch manager for the Atlanta, Ga., office. He has worked in the Complex Rehab equipment industry since 1990. An individual confined to a wheelchair for more than 30 years, he brings the unique ability to relate to his clients' mobility, seating, and positioning needs. He specializes in seating and positioning of both custom manual and power chairs along with seating systems for clients with spinal cord and brain injuries. In addition, he is experienced in fitting patients with neurological diseases including Muscular Dystrophy, Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) and Cerebral Palsy.

Louisiana

Butley J. Mahler, Jr., ATP, CRTS

Butley Mahler is a Certified Rehab Technology Supplier (CRTS) and an Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) serving the company in the Baton Rouge, La., area. He began working in the industry in 1996. In 2000 he relocated to Baton Rouge to work for Custom HealthCare.  He specializes in pediatrics but also serves adult and geriatric patients as well. He is experienced in providing specialty equipment to those in need of assistive technology. 

Chris Johnson, CRTS

Chris Johnson is a n Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) working in the Baton Rouge , La ., market. He has worked in the field of Assistive Technology since 1998 , starting as a delivery technician and later as service/operations manager. He provides complex rehab for both adult and pediatric patients, working with conditions including Cerebral Palsy, Quadriplegia, Paraplegia, Muscular Dystrophy, Spina Bifida and Cerebral Vascular Accidents. He is very involved with the ALS Society of Louisiana and also the Muscular Dystrophy Association for whom he facilitates loaner equipment for these organizations. In addition he works closely with several special needs clients within Intermediate Care facilities, in-services and education for clinicians along with various home health agencies, hospitals and rehab centers.

Chuck Fontenot, ATP, CRTS

Chuck Fontenot is a Certified Rehab Technology Supplier (CRTS) and an Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) serving as Marketing Liaison in charge of Payer Relations for Southeast Louisiana. He has worked in the Complex Rehab Industry since 1989 after he graduated from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics. Chuck is particularly interested in rehabilitation and helping patients gain the greatest mobility possible through the use of properly fitted equipment and aides. He joined Custom Healthcare in 2011 and focuses on marketing the company's services in the Louisiana territory expanding the public's knowledge of the Complex Rehab Industry and what it can do for patients with mobility needs.

Gary Shaw, ATP, CRTS

Gary Shaw is a Certified Rehab Technology Supplier (CRTS) and an Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) serving patients in the Louisiana area.  From 1986-1993, he worked at Louisiana Tech's Center for Rehab Science and Biomedical Engineering Center where he assisted in conducting seating and mobility evaluations for Louisiana Vocational Rehab clients. In 1993, he began working full-time in the industry as a provider of complex rehab mobility systems. He has experience working with patients from pediatrics to geriatrics.

Jay Powers, ATP, CRTS

Jay Powers is a Certified Rehab Technology Supplier (CRTS) and an Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) serving patients in the Southwest Louisiana area.  He began working in the complex rehab industry in 1997 with a focus on the geriatric population, and began working with Custom Healthcare in 2008. He has worked with a wide range of patients including pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics. Keith Boudreaux, RTS

Keith Boudreaux is a Rehab Technology Supplier (RTS) serving the company in the Southwest, La., area. He has worked with Custom Healthcare since 2000.  He previously worked as a certified technician for 8 years giving him first-hand knowledge of both the mechanical aspects of the wheelchair and how it fits to the human body. He specializes in custom wheelchair fitting.

Ted Michael Fanguy, ATP, CRTS

Ted Michael Fanguy is a Certified Rehab Technology Supplier (CRTS) and an Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) serving the company in the Thibodaux, La., area. He has worked in the industry since 1995, beginning his career as a service technician. Later, he worked as warehouse manager for the company. Mississippi

Jason Lang, ATP, RTS

Jason Lang is a Rehab Technology Supplier (RTS) and an Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) serving Gulf Coast Rehab’s patients in the Jackson, Hattiesburg and Mississippi Gulf Coast areas. He began working with physically challenged children and adults in 1989, and began branch operations in Gulfport in 1995 for National Seating & Mobility. He has experience in providing mobility products, seating systems, standing devices, specialized walking devices and other assistive technology devices to patients with a number of neurological and orthopedic diagnosis’. Some of the common diagnoses in patients he works with include Cerebral Palsy, Muscular Dystrophy, Spina Bifida, Multiple Sclerosis, Traumatic Brain Injury, Quadriplegia, Paraplegia, and Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS). In addition, he consulted for two years with patients suffering from range-of-motion deficits due to strokes, Parkinson’s Disease, Traumatic Brain Injury, spinal cord injury and more.

Texas

Dana McAlexander, ATP, CRTS

Dana McAlexander is a Certified Rehab Technology Supplier (CRTS) and an Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) serving patients in the Houston, Texas, area. She began her career as a Cardio Pulmonary Therapist at Memorial Hermann in the Houston Medical Center. She later became a rehab director and continued to learn about post op therapy and fitting clients with the proper equipment.  In 2002, she began in the field of Assistive Technology. She has worked with Custom Healthcare since 2008 developing the Texas territory and marketing the company's services.

John McCarble, ATP, CRTS

John McCarble is a Certified Rehab Technology Supplier (CRTS) and an Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) serving Custom Healthcare's patients from Houston, Texas, to Nacogdoches in East Texas. He has worked with patients to provide seating and mobility needs since 1989. He primarily works with patients who have neurological and neuromuscular disorders including Spinal Cord Injury, Multiple Sclerosis, Traumatic Brain Injury, Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), and Muscular Dystrophy. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for Greater Texas Rehab Providers Council and has served on numerous manufacturers' focus groups providing input for new product design.

Mike Fox, ATP

Mike Fox is an Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) working in the West Texas/eastern New Mexico market. He has worked in the medical supply field since 2001, first as a delivery driver, and working his way towards earning his ATP. He provides complex rehab for both adult and pediatric patients, working with conditions including Cerebral Palsy, Quadriplegia, Paraplegia, Muscular Dystrophy, Spina Bifida and Cerebral Vascular Accidents.

Sherry Ginter, ATP, CRTS

Sherry Ginter is a Certified Rehab Technology Supplier (CRTS) and an Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) serving patients in the Houston, Texas, area and manages Custom Healthcare’s Houston office. She began her career in the rehab industry in 1993 serving territories including Tennessee and Alabama. She later moved to Kansas City, Mo., where she worked for two years for a small custom rehab company, gaining tremendous experience in seating and positioning. She then moved to Houston, in 1998 where she managed a start-up branch of Home Care Supply. In 2008, she began working for Custom Healthcare to launch the company’s Houston branch.

Troy Grimes, ATP, RTS

Troy Grimes is a Rehab Technology Supplier (RTS) and an Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) serving Custom Healthcare’s patients in the Beaumont, Texas, area. He began his medical career in 1994 as a Durable Medical Equipment (DME) delivery driver, and after becoming RTS certified in 2004 and ATP certified in 2009, Troy joined Custom Healthcare in 2011 to work more closely in the Complex Rehab Industry because it makes an impact on people’s lives.  His role with Custom Healthcare includes evaluating patient’s need for custom rehab equipment, and marketing and maintaining relationships with referral sources. Troy is particularly proud of Custom Healthcare’s involvement in legislation to improve the quality of care and equipment that complex rehab patients receive.
